Step 0: jailbreak your TI-nSpire CX using ndless

Step 1: get a working ndless toolchain: https://github.com/ndless-nspire/Ndless/wiki/Ndless-SDK:-C-and-assembly-development-introduction

Step 2: Copy Makefiles/sledconf.ndless as your sledconf

Step 3: Point NDLESS_SDK in the sledconf to the ndless-sdk directory in the Ndless repository.

To do after this: figure out why on some gfx modules, the framerate seems to oscillate.
