List of improvements to out_sdl2, the SDL debug frontend for sled:

[ ] Adaptive scaling
- Resizing the window, etc... Quite important.
[ ] FPS counter
- Useful for debugging and finding issues with too high/low refresh rate.
[ ] vsync option.
- While it doesn't matter for most things, this can help writing adaptive code, that runs at the maximum speed possible.
