Update README.md #84

Added some more hardware options to the README. People were confused and thinking sled only works for WS2812 matrices. The README needs more work and added information, but this should fix the immediate issue.

Lovely, thank you! I agree that the readme needs work. For example, the output modules and the supported hardware overlap heavily.
