6 years ago I suggest changing the title to something like "Waxing and Waning My Pace" (満ち欠け means waxing and waning)
Choices are as follow:
一生懸命さが足りない (You're lacking hard work) 謙虚さが欠けてる (You are lacking modesty) 可愛げがない (You lacked cuteness)
