Customize data network type #28

Hi! Thanks for this cool project. I added some features to allow the data network to be customized. The companion app now also supports changing the carrier name, data network type and time string.

The README says this functionality is out of scope, but I'd love to see it merged :+1:

I'm sorry, custom carrier names offend me so much :)

The intention of this project was to allow people to mirror the Apple marketing style. I would be more open to a version of this that added this kind of functionality to the SDStatusBarManager class without adding it to the UI.

I'm going to close this for now though as even that would require updating for 9.3 at this point. Sorry!
