Fix carthage support #31

Based on the #27 pull request, with the only addition that I checked as shared the framework schemes. And plus it's working with Carthage 0.15.

I'm going to merge this as is (with the 9.3 changes added too).

However I do think this could benefit from having Carthage specific instructions in the Readme for those who want to use it that way. I wanted to get this merged for now but another PR with some additional updates to the instructions would be very much appreciated. I'm not a Carthage user and so I'm probably not the right person to write this.
