port to MiSTer #1

Firstly, congratulations on your retro core!

Just reverting the changes made in SoCKit template should be easy to port to MiSTer. My only fear could be that the templates are a bit outdated so there's a chance they do not work with latest MiSTer firmware. I don't have a MiSTer either but I can ask friends who have it to test the core. I think it's better you port to MiSTer yourself, and eventually it could be listed in MiSTer-devel as well. If you need any help, let me know.

Actually should be fairly easy. Just replace the sys folder from commit before SoCkit port

Thereafter revert what was changed in qsf file for sockit. Take as example differences here.

Ho somhi, Just asked a friend from Arrow to get a de10 for me to work on a std mister instead of the sockit
