Assign RegisteredTags property with latest tags. #1367

Description of Change

I noticed after building a sample app from the samples, the tags were not working correctly.

Issues Resolved

no issue raised

API Changes

None

Platforms Affected

I suspect ALL as this is part of the AzureNotificationProvider

Behavioral Changes

Registered Tags connection represents the values pushed to the installation

Testing Procedure

I've been unable to test the in the sample as I cannot get this to compile.
