Exposes the S/N of the discovered devices and separates MAC address from S/N

LGTM, kinda just aesthetic changes but I'm all for maybe turning this more towards a diagnostic tool or something. At the moment it's just been a playground for eventually bringing changes to the driver or elsewhere.
