107 was a mistaken reported issue with animated skyboxes that are present in vanilla. Shiny considered implementing an extension that disables this in the future. I am expressing interest in that with a feature request that disables skybox parallax or better yet, make it user adjustable. Note that this should skip levels 10 - 8t88's Reward and 12 - Escape with the Map that has animated skyboxes for showing "the ship Kyle is on is moving." I think the cogs for those levels reflect the difference.
