Lost of joystick / controller bindings Mac

Hello, I have just noticed I have lost my joystick / controller configuration for DKII. I have successfully finished the game and all was working ok. Later, I have moved to MOTS, needed to re-do joystick configuration for MOTS and upgraded from 0.8.18 to 0.8.19. MOTS is working ok, but when I went back to DKII yesterday I noticed my controller is not working ok in DKII any more (MOTS is ok).

I am not sure what is the actual root cause :(

Hmmm, is it only the controller configuration which was lost? ie, did any other Gameplay settings get reset as well?

There was a bug in the past where if you loaded the game but quit before the player selection, it would overwrite the last-played settings file with zeroed values (including wiping all keyboard controls). That should have been fixed though but maybe there's another edge case.

I have checked it again, and the situation for now for DKII is:

• Only controller configuration was changed; other settings stayed the same
• Controller configuration did not change to Defaults
• Analog movement/slide/turn/pitch stayed the same; only non-movement buttons changed. The change is not consistent with my configuration for MOTS
• Keyboard bindings stayed the same (I use some keys to trigger individual forces)

If you have any idea/tips what tests I can perform, please let me know.

ok that's a little more interesting then, good that it didn't nuke any other settings though bc that narrows down things a lot
