How do I create cache.bin file? #9

I know this sounds like a stupid question, but, I'm really curious with 3DS modding, and this is my first attempt with it. Help?

You run cachegen.py <path to saltysd/smash/> from the smash/ folder in the command line and it'll generate a cache.bin at <path to saltysd/smash/cache.bin>
