Updates Lavalink objects to reflect documentation, and adds documentation comments that show up on intellisense.

I will run a second pass through all the existing code comments, some of them are just plain wrong or worded badly on first glance.

The git history is pretty messed up on this one, when merging squashing is better for our collective sanity.
