Thanks for the PR, is there any changes on docs here?

If param description included in the docs, then there is a minor change in <Rest>.fetch Screenshot_20220801-122009_Chrome

Thanks for the PR, unfortunately I'm not planning to release v4 in Q3 of this year unless my schedule changes. So for those who want to use Shoukaku for node v18 needs to install master branch & will need to keep themselves updated. Master could break or not break.
