Make workingDir property internal and only expose the .git directory #145

I can force-push to remove b02b43295bc237382d423444b0f3c605b46e4be3 if you don't want to update everything yet.

Any updates on this? https://github.com/shipkit/shipkit-changelog/commit/d01c1c908f215493472a37762ab969728c59be82 is the only required commit; I can get rid of the update commit.
