After that's set up you can follow the Synchronization process to bring the attributes you've defined in your ShipperHQ Dashboard (now including shipperhq_location) over to Magento, and then you'll be able to see them offered for selection when editing a product.

This attribute is added to this file when you install our Pickup module (Installation doc, Config doc)
