Update dependencies #71

This updates all dependencies to their latest version, to fix #69.

ember-cli can only be easily updated to 2.3, as afterwards the mock-ui functionality has changed. See https://github.com/ember-cli/console-ui/issues/1 for details.

@mydea sorry, this has been mostly unmaintained, but I had watching turned off somehow and never saw this 😞
