Master Controller randomly explodes and kills the Throwing Subsystem, awful stutters #3434

Reporting client version: 515.1641

Happens completely inexplicably. Get an admin alert saying the Master Controller needs to restart, then it restarts a few times, then it kills the Throwing Subsystem. Server either recovers or stutters to hell until restart, afterwards.
