Meeting minutes:

On v0.13.0: we mark the v0.13.0 as latest stable releases in Build and CLI.
@SaschaSchwarze0 on Multi Platform build options:
- Build an image node agnostic vs Build an image with a node specific architecture
- Storage options for not node agnostic(when emulation or cross compilation are not an option):
  - One build one buildrun, N different pods building for N architectures, plus an image merge step to provide a multi arch image.
- How to translate the above into our API, the platform as a first class property.
- Next Steps, potentially a SHIP, in the meantime continue discussing in https://github.com/shipwright-io/build/issues/1119
