Ensure IP Reputation and blacklist files are in good shape upon startup #337

Pulledpork needs to ensure the /usr/local/etc/snort/rules/iplists/default.blacklist file exists before attempting to write to it.

Not sure where this issue was, I am seeing errors that say exactly what the issue is. Closing until I find further information.

This is related to #302 in there are some files that by default will not be there upon the first time starting up. I normally create them myself, but pulledpork should be able to handle this. Not a high priority bug, but an enhancement.
