Not capturing correctly - gray box #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Every time i grab a shot using "Capture Page Region".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output has always been perfect to what I outline.Now it comes up with 
a gray box and sometimes has a portion of my screen shot.  Sometimes its just 
the gray box.  See attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0.3 on 14.0.835.8

Please provide any additional information below.
Started happening about a week ago.

I am also seeing this.
The capture works correctly however copying or saving the capture results in a 
gray box.
