unable to run pentoo-installer from e17 desktop #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Boot iso
2. startx with e17
4. Double click on pentoo-installer icon

Found the real problem:

The installer does not fire a terminal in the right window.

I see the installer screen in the console after I logout from e17

e17 isn't really ready for use yet.  odd that it works in xfce perfectly....

The usual "startx" runs e17 by default. Please swap it back and change the motd 
message.
