yeah, their installer is broken. I tried to fix it by modifying makefiles but 
it's not  worth it.
We will be using the ebuild from Gentoo tree now.

we are using our version again, adding "--disable-doxygen-html" wasn't all that 
hard and gentoo's version is a bit crappy.

The only difference between ours and gentoo's version is app-forensics/libbfio 
dep.
I've checked config file, and didin't find libbfio referces.

Perhaps, you can open a bug report and fix gentoo ebuild too.

Once fix, we can migrate to it and close that bug.

yeah I fixed the issue but didn't have time to figure out how to make it dep or 
not dep on libbfio.  Once I make that optional I'll add to gentoo and remove 
ours but right now I'm focused on pentoo working not merging into gentoo.  
Defcon is next week so I'm preoccupied.
