for now, it seems binpkg always come from the last mirror in the list. For
some of us that is great, for others it kinda sucks. Add to installer mirror
select for Eastern US, Western US, and Europe. This is really a gentoo bug but
I don't have time to care for mirrorselect right now (although if someone else
wants to do it that's great)
