2014 RC2 iso when burned to disk or USB does not show up in UEFI boot menu #249

When trying to boot the 2014 r2 iso which has been burned to DVD or USB, there 
is no entry for the device in the UEFI boot menu. I should note that it works 
fine in a VMWare VM, but the VM is not emulating UEFI.
