xfce4-terminal open 'links'-browser #261

Just annoyed me.
xfce4-terminal opens urls and its help in www-client/links instead of the 
default browser.

Fix by adding the attached file to:
livecd/trunk/root_overlay/root/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list

it seems that xfce4-terminal should respect the default browser or we should 
file a bug upstream...

Bug is correct here and fix is correct here.

Reason:
xfce4-terminal does respect default browser, once that file exists.
Our problem is that the file does not exist until you play around with the 
preferred-applications (Set other browser, reset to Firefox, hit close), then 
the file is created.

So the only problem is that our default root profile does not have this file, 
which would be created if you set the settings manually.
