Pencil package not working with Pencil 1.3.2 #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
when try to install the zip file in to Pencil 1.3.2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be new collection appear in the list on the left, but nothing be 
installed...

Please provide any additional information below.
windows7 64bit   chinese version.

I get the same error on OS X 10.6.8 with Pencil 1.3.2. An error message is 
returned in the status bar in Pencil (see attachment), but it is unfortunately 
not complete and I cannot find anything in logs.

I got the same massage on my computer, any one can tell me how to fix it?

I can't install the stencil zip either. I get the same error as the .png from 
above when installing via the menu and when I drag zip to left pane this error 
appears: 

"Could not install collection 'android-pencil-stencil-launcher_01.2.' The file 
may be corrupted."

This happened for all .zips after re-downloading (to make sure they were not 
corrupted through downloading) and trying to install. To narrow it down and 
after looking at the error produced in the bottom bar as seen in the .png, it 
seems there is a problem going on somewhere in the file:

Pencil.app/Contents/Resources/content/pencil/definition/collectionManager.js

Standalone Pencil v.1.3.2
Mac OSX 10.7.2

Not sure when I'll be able to work on the Pencil stencils again... hopefully 
it's an easy fix.

Which version of Firefox are y'all using?

The 0.2 versions of the stencils work fine for me on OSX 10.6.8, Firefox 9.0.1, 
and Pencil 1.3.2.

I've tried now with Firefox, and it works. I've also tried other stencils in 
Pencil 1.3.2 standalone, which won't install either. It appears the error is 
with Pencil standalone version, not with this stencil.

OS X 10.6.8, Pencil 1.3.2, Firefox 9
