Multiple ERROR: 9-patch image malformed #210

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Use 9 patch editor as is without choosing any options, after image upload. 
Press download zip. Paste into res folder and compile.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected my 9 patch images without black borders. I saw malformed images 
instead. Please help.`

That is VERY curious. Which browser/OS are you on? Also can you provide the 
original for ic_edittext_bg and which source density you used? 
(XHDPI/HDPI/MDPI/etc.)

gonna attach them now... i use chrome Version 32.0.1700.76 m.

i use XHDPI source density.

Can you try with Chrome Beta (33) or another browser? I can't reproduce this 
issue with your input file (going from XHDPI to XXHDPI).

safari isnt allowed so im gonna try chrome beta 33 and give you the response.

YES!! When I installed the Beta it worked. There are no malformed images 
present.
