Specify the required attribution as per the Creative Commons license #39

View an Android Asset Studio web page such as 
/asset-studio/dist/icons-tab.html: at the bottom it specifies that the 
generated art is subject to Creative Commons Attribution license.

There should also be a link to instructions from the Android Asset Studio team 
which define the attribution (if any) that receivers of the generated art 
should implement in their products.

Ah, good point. There is no particular requested attribution; just following 
the basic guidelines at [1] is sufficient. I'll try to clarify this on the 
individual pages.
