Bring back foreground effects #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Icon Launcher no longer has an option for Foreground effects. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The foreground effects option has been commented out of the icons-launcher.html 

Un-commenting let's them show up again but they don't trigger an effect. 

Please provide any additional information below.
Don't know if this was a planned change because I didn't know what to search 
for.

If you're really desperate for glossy buttons you can download the repository 
and revert to the point before those effects were removed.  

hg clone https://code.google.com/p/flintjs/
hg clone https://code.google.com/p/android-ui-utils/
cd android-ui-utils
hg update -r 13364b7cc3d0  # got this rev id from website 'source -> changes'
# change the ${flintjs.dir} in src/js/build.xml to point to the right place
./make.sh
# If everything went well you can open the dist/index.html in your browser

I have followed Matt's instructions to the letter and have gotten the old 
interface back! 
But when i choose any image file(in launcher icons) i get the javascript 
warning:
"An error occurred reading this file!"

I use the newest chrome!
Can someone please zip and upload a working copy of the Asset Studio with 
Foreground effects.

The new square/circle shapes have new foreground effects.
