Doesn't recognize HTC Incredible #87

ADP won't recognize my HTC Incredible. It says the status is disconnected and 
when I click "re-install app" it returns Error code 1. 

This might be a phone error. When I first plug in the USB, my mac says "The 
disk you inserted was not readable by this computer"

Hi, have you turned on USB debugging on the phone? Sorry this isn't a 
documented installation step yet.
