when play sound happens too early (world join) and level is still null
fix concurrent modification exception
removed the project root rename since that causes issue if you do a fresh checkout (as project name will be LootBemas not lootbeams)

already have all of these fixed on local - this PR also doesn't fix the CME

tru i guess gotta use ConcurrentHashMap
