Card the lovers work all time, not only around allies #17

Minecraft version: 1.20.1 forge Mod version: 1.6.1

Describe the issue: The lovers give regeneration all time, when mentioned its working only near allies How to Reproduce:

  1. install mod
  2. launch world and grab lovers card
  3. Profit! now you have infinite regeneration

Additional info: Because of that my friend in our modpack became absolutely gigachad (I tested it without any other mods, so it works not only in modpack)
