Describe the issue:
I open the tarotcards-common.toml file in the config folder, and change
default_loot_chance = 0.2 to default_loot_chance = 1.0
and made new singleplayer world, to avoid already spawned chest(because they can't have the tarot, if tarot mod set-up afterwards, right?).
I saw wiki, the loot table include desert_pyramid. So I use StructureCompass Mod to find nearest pyramid, pyramid's 4 chest got no tarot cards. same apply to end city treasure / simple dungeon too. i think every loot drop table won't work since 1.0 = 100% change to contain at least 1 card but did not contain cards.
oh and multiplayer server(mod set up on both single/multi) works as same. no card with 1.0 spawn chance setting.

i think global_loot_modifiers should be in 'forge' folder, not 'neoforge' folder but i don't really know about programming so, yeah.
