Not sure what the cause is, I do have a few other addons installed so I'll turn them all off to see if I can find whats caus postal ing the problem as I suspect its another addon.

Looks to be the MoveAnything add-on. If I have Postal loaded and toggle MoveAnything Postal works as expected. It appears to conflict with the Open Mail button.

I've never used moveanything (seems kinda pointless now with so many new addons it won't work with anyway) but from what I've seen it does some very weird stuff. I assume it was that since there's been no activity here for a while so I'll close this.
