added money icons option to tooltips #316

I have inserted an alternative money formatting for me personally. Maybe it is also something for the addon in general.

Thanks for the contribution. Would you mind adding the quantity multiplier (market_value * quantity) or did you omit that for a specific reason? I think that's for the feature to show the stack value when holding down shift.
