I'm pretty sure these changes are sufficient. You can view the site with the new changes locally as follows:

  1. Fetch this branch into your local repo.
  2. Assuming you've installed the github-pages gem, execute tools/preview
  3. Execute $ jekyll server -d _site
  4. Check out http://localhost:4000 and http://localhost:4000/conduct.html
