More sensible redirects #803

From my emails: "

After uploading: go to the user's own uploads
After deleting or replacing a post: go back to the post page
removing a user’s reports or account should go back to that user’s page.

All of these with the intent to easily confirm that the operation was successful."

After uploading now goes to the uploaded post (if they posted a single thing), or to search results for all that user's uploads (if they posted multiple things)
