Mike Task 1 第二版:

Version 1: "From my point of view, I prefer writing a report over giving a speech for two main reasons. First, I think presentations can be limited by time, whereas a report allows you to include much more information. For instance, you might prepare well for a presentation, but you could still fail to get your message across because there isn't enough time to fully explain your ideas. This could leave the audience disappointed. That's why I think writing a report is a better choice."

Version 2: "In my opinion, I'd rather write a report than give a speech, and I have two main reasons for that. One reason is that presentations often have time constraints, while a report lets you include more details. For example, even if you're well-prepared for a presentation, you might not be able to cover everything due to the time limit, which can leave the audience feeling unsatisfied. So, I believe writing a report is a better option."

Jenny Task 1 第二版:

I prefer giving a speech in front of a large group of people, and here’s why. First, giving a speech allows you to prepare and practice what you want to say, which can really help boost your confidence. The more you rehearse, the more comfortable you feel when speaking in front of others, and this preparation reduces anxiety and helps you stay focused. You can anticipate questions or reactions from the audience, making it easier to engage with them. Second, it's a great way to improve your spoken English because you're practicing in real time. Speaking in front of an audience pushes you to think on your feet and use English naturally. The feedback you get, whether through their reactions or questions, helps you fine-tune your speaking skills and become more fluent over time.
