spell balancing should be less #26

brief power for 3 mana kind of makes it pointless, it should be 1 like the original or max 2

3 has worked well so far in play testing. It applies later on and can really help with the mid-late game in dropping some stronger Creatures + free buildings. At 1 it is far too cheesy, and always was. 2 is possible, but it would need more testing to make sure it's not a guaranteed win by drawing it
