Added JSDoc Support with a few other things

Please describe the changes you made: Added JSDoc support, more info to the .md doc files, also added helmet package for security. Further testing is required, also passport-discord might need to replace passport-discord.js as the login system due to seemingly better support. Though I haven't been able to get the new system to work in the test-server.js file.
