Merging JunitParams runner with other runners. #5

The merging mechanism described in the wiki page doesn't work as methods: 
1) computeTestMethods
2) describeParameterisedMethod
3) runParameterisedTest
4) parameterisedMethodInvoker

of class ParameterisedTestClassRunner are of default scope. These need to be 
declared public in order to get the extension to work.
