In case of Disconnect an account Non-Electronically system doesn't updates the "home_phone_order_status" from "suspended" to "disconnected" and "LongDistanceCodeJson" is also not being updated from "SUSPEND" to "DISCONNECT", infact nothing is being updated in the table.

 

-- Only electronically account will update home_phone_order_status in tbl_homephone_enrollment table. Because non-electronically account not run order_function.

Please review below observations on demo server and do the needful at your end.
1:- Update input box title to "Enter PON"
2:- Update message from "Please fill the PON no." to "Please enter PON."
3:- Field Length (Min – Max): 1 – 16, please fix it.
4:- Update message from "Are you sure!!" to "Are you sure, you want to approve the order manually?" and button should be renamed to "Yes" from "OK".
5:- Update message from "Telephone Number is Duplicate :9999999991" to "Duplicate Telephone Number:9999999991".
6:- In case when user rejects a neworder from review queue then system updates the "updated_datetime to 0000-00-00 00:00:00 instead to current date time" in tbl_homephone_enrollment. Verified with A1401 order.
7:- In case of new order rejection and manually approve the request system says "Telephone Number is Duplicate :" whereas telephone number is not available as it's a new order, so corresponding message is incorrect.
8:- When a user rejects the order from review queue then update the pop-out message to "Are you sure to reject the order!!"
9:- When "telephone_number" is blank in "tbl_customer" then while activating the customer in Telgoo5 system it says "Telephone Number is not found." instead it should say "Telephone Number not available.".
10:- In case when telephone is different from homephone enrollment table then system pops message stating "Telephone Number is not found.", update the message to "Telephone Number not available."
11:- In case when telephone is duplicate then system pops message stating "Telephone Number is not found.", update the message to "Telephone Number not available."
12:- PON - TPON002 is assigned to A1359 in "tbl_homephone_enrollment" but system displays "Already PON-Enroll_ID-A1403" but PON is blank for A1403.

System will only display Complete Order button on "Review Reject" status and will not display in any other case, exceptionally it will not display in case of new order whose telephone number is not available.


All the issues has been retested on demo server and seems to be working as expected, Please review below and attached screen for details.

Case 4 : - New Order - Duplicate Telephone Number

Case 7 : - New Order - Already Active account
Case 8 : - Conversion - Order not submitted from review
Case 9 : - Conversion - Telephone Number is Blank
Case 10 : - Conversion - Telephone Number different from homephone table
Case 11 : - Conversion - Duplicate Telephone Number
Case 12 : - Conversion - Telephone Number already in Active status with another customerId
Case 13 : - Conversion - Duplicate PON
Case 14 : - Conversion - Already Active account

Along with New Enrollment and Conversion order, Order submitted from review and Order rejected from review

Note:-

1:- Few cases were verified with data manipulation technique in database which will never ever appear on live environment.

2:- Review attached .xls sheet for DB details.

 

Observations:-

13:- In case of new order rejected directly from review queue and user tries to manually approve the request, whereas the request wasn't ever sent to carrier so no PON & telephone number was assigned, therefore system shouldn't display the Complete Order (Manual Approve) button in review queue. - Done
14:- Notes should dynamically display as "Order status updated manually by User's name like (Devteam Devteam)." - Done

Sending LNFN, LNLN & LASN in request from CSR for FEATURE_UPDATE, PIC_LPIC_UPDATE and BAN update. Below are the cases verified on dev server.

1:- FEATURE_UPDATE - When LNFN, LNLN & LASN is blank in tbl_homephone_enrollment
2:- FEATURE_UPDATE - When LNFN, LNLN & LASN is already updated in tbl_homephone_enrollment
3:- PIC_LPIC_UPDATE - When LNFN, LNLN & LASN is already updated in tbl_homephone_enrollment
4:- PIC_LPIC_UPDATE - When LNFN, LNLN & LASN is blank in tbl_homephone_enrollment
5:- Conversion Order - DL Form skipped and LNFN, LNLN & LASN is blank in tbl_homephone_enrollment

Now it seems to be working as expected, below issues has been resolved.

HOMEPHONE ORDER CHANGE REQUEST QUEUE issue -- LNFN, LNLN and LASN was in tbl_homephone_enrollment but it doesn't send listedAddressStreetName in tbl_api_request_response, whereas it was sent in dev.

Carrier observation which was working fine earlier before the changes of skipping form -- (Need to be fixed in this case) - In case of FEATURE_UPDATE and PIC_LPIC_UPDATE -- Please send the LASN as received in VendorXml
