Merged Video Rotate by 90 degree #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I am using MP4 parser api in android app.
2.I am able to merge multiple video.
3.After merging video that have same resolution,same frame rate the resultant 
video rotate by 90 degree.

I am using isoviewer-2.0-RC-17.jar

This project is no longer maintained at googlecode. Please go to 
github.com/sannies/mp4parser and try to reproduce with latest build.
