IE Platform Preview 9.0 is not Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 
6.1; WOW64; Trident/5.0),gzip(gfe),gzip(gfe)

9.0.7916.6000 is detected as 9.0.4

This is, in fact, IE Platform Preview 4 - even though the IE version string is 
longer and more exact. I think we could have instead tried to make use of this 
information, but I've found no way to extract it from the running browser.
