Max Connections should be 60 images #276

The Network Category's "Max Connections" test should fetch 60 images, but it's 
only doing 30 right now. 

We used to have 60 IMG tags where we requested 2 images from each of 30 
domains. We're still using 30 domains, but now we're only creating 1 image per 
domain. 

Please add a second image for each domain. Make sure the URL is different. 
Right now we add "n=1" to the querystring. We could do "n=1" and "n=2" for each 
domain. 

This problem started in April. We should investigate which browsers, if any, it 
impact and rectify the stats.
