UA is incorrect for Avant Browser in compat modes. #289

Avant 1 is not Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; 
chromeframe; Avant Browser; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 
3.0.04506.30; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.648; OfficeLiveConnector.1.3; 
OfficeLivePatch.0.0; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; MS-RTC LM 8; 
.NET4.0C; .NET4.0E),gzip(gfe),gzip(gfe)

It gets the version wrong (there should be no version number).
Also it doesn't recognize when Avant is in different rendering modes.

This is most likely a problem for other browsers that can render with IE too, 
like GreenBrowser, SlimBrowser, and Maxthon. They are part of the EU browser 
ballot:
