Test 15 'hangs' test sequence, box goes yellow but test never completes #297

Using the run all link, tests 1-14 run fine, clicked manually 16 & 17 run fine. 
test 15 (gzip hddr) does not display a header and reports done in status but 
box is still yellow, nothing happens after that. Following present in error 
console.
