Link to this page is confusing on homepage after test run #299

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run some tests
2. Click "Link to this page" on the homepage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to preserve all the test results in that url. Also, need to append the 
current UA string in that case so that the "original" UA will propagate.
