Implement the START_GAME Event Correctly #169

Describe the bug Currently, the Start Game Button on the modal dont work in a way we want it to work, since we dont have any handler for the Start Game Event which updates the game accordingly in the frontend.

We should add a handler for this event in clientDispatch.ts
